AIRS PodCasts Contributed by Major Foundations
AIRS is proud to support the efforts of other, more generally oriented organizations and foundations working for the benefit of the vision-impaired, and is honored to be able to facilitate getting critical information to the community in a form they can instantly use. We also appreciate the quality content they provide for these pages.
Podcasts From the Braille Institute
From time-to-time the Braille Institute produces a recorded seminar or special event that has lasting value to our listeners. When that happens, the Institute makes the recordings available to AIRS so that they can continue to serve the community. In the past these have included descriptions of the Tournament of Roses, the Braille Challenge and seminars on advances in vision. Learn more about Podcasts From the Braille Institute.
Podcasts From the Foundation Fighting Blindness
The Foundation Fighting Blindness (FFB), has an extensive program of seminars and special events that benefits our listeners far beyond the day of the event. Recently, the Foundation has made recordings of medical seminars on vision loss and their fantastically successful VISIONWALK fundraising event available to AIRS.
